We specialize in hand crafted gourmet pizzas
cooked to perfection in our stone ovens. All of our
dough including our whole wheat is made fresh daily.
We offer a variety of homemade fresh soups and
desserts. Our gourmet salads are made with fresh
local produce. An example is the Pear &
Gorgonzola salad. Also, we offer a variety of grilled
panini sandwiches and cold sandwiches that are
made with the highest quality ingredients. Our dinner
menu offers a variety of appetizers, pastas and
unique entrees such as our signature blackened crab
cakes, grilled red snapper with mango salsa and our
seared NY strip topped with gorgonzola and a
balsamic reduction. BBPC & Bistro offers over 30
unique wines by the glass or the bottle. We also
offer handcrafted ales, signature martinis and
